By accessing our website, booking our services, or engaging with DOG OPS, LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

We provide professional dog training services including:
Free in-home evaluations and consultations
4-Week Elite Board & Train Programs
Behavioral modification and obedience training
Custom training protocols designed for individual dogs
Family integration and ongoing support services
We reserve the right to refuse service to any dog or client
Services are limited to dogs deemed safe and suitable for our programs
Maximum capacity of 12 dogs at any given time
Initial consultations are provided at no charge
Evaluations are for assessment purposes only
No guarantee of program acceptance based on evaluation
Board & Train programs require signed service agreement
Full payment or payment plan arrangement required before program start
Scheduling is subject to availability and waiting list
Elite 4-Week Board & Train Program: $4,000
Payment plans available upon approval
Prices subject to change with 30-day notice for new clients
Payment is due before program commencement unless payment plan approved
Accepted payment methods: cash, check, credit card, bank transfer
Late payment fees may apply to payment plan arrangements
No refunds after program commencement except as specified in guarantee
Free evaluation appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance
Board & Train program cancellations made 7+ days before start date: full refund minus $200 administrative fee
Cancellations made less than 7 days before start date: 50% refund
No refunds after program commencement except under our guarantee
We reserve the right to cancel services for safety, health, or behavioral reasons
Full refund provided if we cancel before program commencement
Prorated refund provided if we terminate program early for safety reasons
Current vaccinations (rabies, DHPP, bordetella) required
Flea and tick prevention must be current
Health certificate from veterinarian required within 30 days
Dogs showing signs of illness will not be accepted until cleared by veterinarian
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for aggressive dogs that pose safety risks
Dogs must pass initial behavioral assessment
Emergency veterinary care authorization required
Client assumes responsibility for dog's actions during evaluation visits
We maintain comprehensive liability insurance for Board & Train programs
Emergency veterinary care will be provided at client's expense
Provide accurate health and behavioral history
Supply necessary medications, food, and comfort items
Authorize emergency veterinary care
Participate in required family integration sessions
Follow post-program maintenance instructions
Disclose any bite history or aggressive incidents
Provide complete medical and behavioral history
Inform us of any changes in dog's condition or medications
If your dog is not completely transformed after our 4-week program, we will continue working at no additional cost until satisfied
Alternative: Full refund if mutually agreed that continued training is not beneficial
Guarantee applies only if client follows all post-program maintenance instructions
Guarantee void if dog receives training from other sources during or after our program
Does not cover normal behavioral regression due to lack of practice
Requires client compliance with maintenance protocols
Limited to original training objectives identified in service agreement
Our training techniques and protocols are proprietary
Clients may not record, reproduce, or share our training methods
D.O.D. certified methods remain our intellectual property
We may use before/after photos and testimonials with client permission
Client may revoke permission for future marketing use
Existing marketing materials may continue to be used unless legally prohibited
We provide dog training services to the best of our ability using proven methods
Results may vary based on individual dog characteristics and client compliance
We cannot guarantee specific timelines for behavioral changes
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
Client assumes responsibility for dog's actions outside our direct supervision
Client agrees to indemnify and hold DOG OPS, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
False or incomplete information provided by client
Dog's actions during evaluation visits or after program completion
Failure to disclose relevant health or behavioral history
Non-compliance with post-program maintenance instructions
All client and dog information is kept confidential
Information may be shared with veterinarians or emergency personnel as needed
Marketing use requires separate written permission
We maintain detailed training records for quality assurance
Records may be used for program development and improvement
Personal identifying information removed for research purposes
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
Natural disasters, severe weather
Government regulations or restrictions
Health emergencies or quarantine requirements
Facility damage or unavailability
These terms are governed by South Carolina state law and federal law where applicable.
Initial attempt to resolve disputes through direct communication
Mediation through agreed-upon neutral third party if needed
Binding arbitration if mediation unsuccessful
Legal action as last resort in Dorchester County, South Carolina
We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days' notice
Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
Material changes will be communicated via email to active clients
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time
Active clients will receive reasonable notice of service changes
Existing service agreements remain valid until completion
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
